New additions to the WEPEX team

We are delighted to welcome three new members to WEPEX: Henrik Bockstette (Manager), Tim Engler (Senior Consultant) and Simon Kurz (Consultant).
Henrik Bockstette strengthens our team with his extensive expertise in the digitalization and optimization of banking processes.
He holds a degree in business administration (M.Sc. Business Administration & B.Sc. International Business Administration) and has over eight years of experience in the banking sector - both from a consultant and client perspective.
His professional focus is on topics such as SWIFT formats, payment transactions, regulatory requirements and test management. He has an impressive methodological and technical range. His solution-oriented and efficient way of working as well as his sound project management experience make him a valuable support in our customer projects.
After previous positions at WEPEX (2017-2022) and Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG (2022-2025), Henrik is now back - and we are delighted to welcome him back to the team.
Tim Engler enhances our team with his expertise from projects in the securities and digitalization environment.
He has a professional background as a securities specialist and customer advisor in retail banking at a large German savings bank and as a project manager and business analyst in various projects in the financial sector at the renowned consulting firm Accenture.
This combined with his banking background, Bachelor's degree and M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting make him ideally qualified for this position.
Tim's in-depth knowledge of wealth management, his great affinity for IT and digitalization processes and his experience in project management make him an asset to our team.
Simon Kurz joins our team in key areas with his experience in the financial services sector, particularly in the areas of payments and treasury.
Simon studied Business Administration and International Business & Governance and brings valuable practical experience from the banking and capital market environment.
His previous positions as a consultant in the financial services sector have given him in-depth knowledge of project and business process management.
This combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking and a structured approach makes him a valuable asset to our team.
