YOUR ROLE
WHAT AWAITS YOU
As a (Senior) Manager at WEPEX, you will play a central role in our dynamic and challenging consulting environment. You will play a key role in providing our clients with innovative and effective solutions in the areas of management, technical and business consulting.
You can expect to work on a variety of exciting assignments, such as analysing and optimising business processes using modern methods to increase process efficiency. Leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in areas such as digital banking, blockchain & digital assets, AI and big data analytics, will also be part of your remit. You will also be responsible for launching new products and business models, managing complex integration, M&A, in- and outsourcing projects and managing service level agreements. You will work with current and evolving regulatory requirements, such as eWpG and MiFID, and ensure that our projects are compliant.
In addition to these technical challenges, you will also be involved in project coordination and project management, where you will put your skills to the test. Your involvement will not be limited to external projects, but will also include internal tasks. This includes involvement in the development of technical issues, market research, preparation of studies and proposals, as well as acquisition, business development and account management activities.
In this responsible position as a (Senior) Manager, you will combine technical expertise with strategic vision and leadership. You will not just be part of our team - you will shape it, lead it and make a significant contribution to our collective success.

As a future (Senior) Manager at WEPEX, we expect you not only to be an outstanding professional in one or more of our specialist areas, but also to have sound experience in project and programme management.
In addition, social skills, leadership experience and a strong team spirit are key elements for us. It is important to us that you are able to and enjoy communicating and interacting effectively with clients and team members.
You will combine expertise, leadership and strategic insight to not only manage projects, but also to contribute to the development of our business. To be successful with us, the following specific qualities and skills are essential:
Qualified background
A relevant degree or comparable training and professional experience, preferably with double or additional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, doctorate.
High level of commitment and motivation
A strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Client relationship and network
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and a good network in the financial markets environment.
Adaptability, flexibility and mobility
Excellent ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, as well as flexibility in terms of different roles, work locations and working hours.
Creativity, problem solving and goal-orientation
Enjoy developing and successfully implementing innovative and intelligent solutions. A pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
Analytical and verbal skills
Excellent analytical skills to penetrate complex issues, coupled with a very good command of written and spoken English and German, enabling you to communicate and act effectively in an international environment (including at top management level).
Technical affinity
A high level of technical affinity and the ability to work confidently in a digital environment.
