YOUR ROLE
WHAT AWAITS YOU
As a (Senior) Consultant at WEPEX, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of financial markets and be part of exciting projects.
You can expect to be involved in management consulting, market studies and strategic pre-studies in order to provide our clients with sound advice. Your expertise in developing business plans, cost-benefit analyses and concepts will be in demand, especially for complex challenges such as the introduction of new products and business models, as well as acquisitions, mergers, M&A or outsourcing of business units.
Digital transformation, including digital banking, blockchain, digital assets, AI and big data analytics, will also be an important part of your work. You will be responsible for analysing requirements, structuring technical requirements and developing architectural, technical and data concepts.
In Business Consulting, you will demonstrate your skills in business process analysis and optimisation, IT architecture and managing the selection and implementation of systems. You will also be involved in the implementation of regulatory requirements, such as ESG financial sustainability or the introduction of electronic securities.
Finally, you will be involved in project coordination and management, including test planning and execution, as well as team and sub-project management. In this role, you will combine expertise, leadership and strategic insight to drive our clients and teams to success.

As a future (Senior) Consultant at WEPEX, you will not only have in-depth and broad specialist knowledge, but also strong methodological skills. Your project management skills are proven and demonstrate your ability to successfully manage complex projects. Social skills and a strong team spirit are also key elements for us. It is important to us that you are able to and enjoy communicating and interacting effectively with clients and team members. This will be encouraged and developed through our professional induction and training programmes.

Qualified background
A relevant degree supplemented by professional training or experience.
Passion for financial markets
A strong interest and natural affinity for financial markets, financial instruments and new technologies.
High level of commitment and motivation
Willingness to learn intensively and develop quickly in a dynamic environment & a strong desire for personal and professional development.
Creativity, problem solving and goal orientation
Enjoy developing and successfully implementing innovative and intelligent solutions with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
Analytical and verbal skills
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex issues, coupled with a very good command of written and spoken English and German, enabling you to communicate and work effectively in an international environment.
